HELLO, #TeamRB!

This is an overview of how we’re going to use social media to promote our AMAZING company and culture, as well as how we can use it for customer success / with current and past clients.

Twitter

Twitter is a big one for us and a big one for B2B. Everyone and their brother is on Twitter and is using it. Too what capacity? That’s a grey area, but I can assure you that everyone we want to be talking to is there. And we should be engaging with them in some way shape or form.

Following

I believe that we should follow all of our clients on social media as soon as a contract is signed.

Craig – when you update an opportunity is SFDC, can we have it assign an Asana task to myself or Elyse to follow those bad boys on the internet? I think this is a cool thing to do right off the bat as both a gesture and to indicate that we’re in this together! WE WANT TO BE FRIENDS! From your personal accounts, however, that is up to you. (I typically will only follow on personal if I know they’ll follow back :O)

We should also invite the people we’re working with to connect on LinkedIn.
