Foie Gras, Christmas ham, Hot buttered rum, Roast turkey, Stuffing all these dishes remind us of Christmas and New year’s eve.  Two very special events where the world come together to celebrate family, friendship, love and and for some faith (isn’t that beautiful?). What I like about this time of the year, is to observe what cultures, people and countries have in common. And in fact, we do have many things in common during this time of the year. Globalization aligned with the increase of an open-minded generations most worldwide events tend to be celebrated in the same way.

“The joke of the year”

For starters, we all have at least every year, the same old joke: « see you next year » few minutes before midnight.

Yes it’s true, we all do the same joke, here is a sample: « à l’année prochaine » (french),« nos vemos el año proximo »(spanish) , « الا العام المقبل » (arabic).

Stress, stress, stresssss

An then we all have this stressful moments during this time of the year, where we ask ourselves: “Will she/he like my gift?”. Yes, we ALL stress a bit…Pretty hard moments….

Well, even if it might be very interesting to learn about all this, my post concerns mainly my training within RecruitLoop.

Week 1

So, this week, I have fully finished CodeAc, Digital Marketer training , I have attended a Marketing webinar and, last but not least, I have read an eBook.

Webinar mode

The Webinar “Everything you wanted to know about Digital Marketing: but were afraid to ask was very interesting. It is presented by 7 professionals, all of them Directors in Marketing in different companies. They discussed marketing areas from the usefulness of SEO and Digital Advertising, by pointed the role of Content Marketing, passing through Digital Merchandizing and Integrated Digital Marketing. They mainly conducted this webinar by answering specific questions that most of us have concerning Digital Marketing. I thought it was more interesting to answer questions than actually give simple theoretical information.

I think human beings understand better this way.

e-Book session

The e-Book, “Stay inside the lines: Digital Ad Design and Specifications” was helpful in terms of Content Marketing. This e-Book, gathers all the tips of how to create an effective Ad Design. It also explains that depending on the ad Network (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook….) there are some specifications that all digital ads must adhere to certain parameters and specifications. Wether it is a desktop, mobile, tablet, or even IoT devices, digital ads must be optimized for every platform.

So here’s everything about my training for the week, next week I’ll be doing some research regarding blogs, and I’ll attend a Digital Marketer course 🙂

I am really happy you made it this far, again ! Merry Christmas everyone !!!!!
