“What do you want to do when you grow up?”

This is one of the most important questions that we had to face (all of us) years ago. A question that we cannot take out of our mind, because we still believe that we can do whatever we truly want. Human beings are believers and eternal optimist. We all dream, we all believe and we all have hope. John Lennon would probably agree with me, “I am a dreamer, but I am not the only one”.
But here’s the thing. Can we really do what we want? At what price can we do it? Do we all reach what we want? Does the economic juncture affect our professional choices? Can we still talk about freedom when our professional choices are biased?
So here’s my analysis –
Today more than ever, people study a lot. The MBA that was considered as being the Top of what someone can do, has been smashed by Phds and other types of studies. Also, people are being more and more specialized, to the point that employment demand is higher than the supply, which of course creates work jam. Also, the employment market has highlighted some areas of management, associating the formers with high salaries. The result? Many people jump to these departments just for the salary and the work evolution, without even being passionate about.
I believe we all have our “Inner us” (what I most likely will call “Inner Reason”), a selfish Inner Reason that is focused on one word: “Happiness”, your Happiness. That Inner Reason, emerges one day or another and says : “Do we live to eat, or do we eat to live? ” and depending on the answer, the inner takes over all your plans and creates you a path that will drive you through your happiness. However depending on how brave you are, you decide to follow that road, or leave it. I don’t know what you would do …( I’d like to know btw), but that’s what I think :
“Far better to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not Victory, nor defeat”. F. Roosevelt
This being said, be sure to do whatever YOU enjoy, what you DREAM of, because if it’s not life that breaks you at some point, that’s YOUR inner happiness that will chase you for being happy(ier).
And remember, an intention fueled by passion can be impossible to stop. Over time, it gains momentum, until it turns into an impetus for change. This is how a notion transforms into motivation and how that child’s vow becomes reality.
Childhood questions are most likely what determines our happiness today. These are questions that are so easy to answer to when we are young, but becomes a huge challenge when being adult.
I’ll leave you think about this subject alone, I know you will…

This few weeks of training have been very interesting. From one hand, we had very busy weeks, and on the other hand, for many things, it was all new to me. So I could fuel my knowledge, while mastering some tasks.
Digital Marketer (EP) – The Simple 7 Step Autoresponder Sales Sequence
It’s important to know how to gauge at what frequency and how we automate our emails. At the risk of being judged as too pushy (car salesperson) or very less on the front scene, it is important to estimate a frequency of the sending of the email. TripWires are very interesting when implementing an “aggressive sales strategy”. So it’s preferable to have a definite TripWire, defining the time period is just as important as the consistency of the emails sent. Everything about this Lead Magnet is about Trust. Building this trustful relationship with the sales lead is already a way to make their eyeballs look at us. I also understood that we need to prepare a SOP where we have to step by step define our way of attracting leads. The content of the email, the headliners… are as much important as the marketing content we want to share.
I couldn’t finish all the training I still have to allocate 2 hours to finish the Udemy course on Essential SEO Training for Web Marketing.
Optin Monster
Is a lead-generation plugin for WordPress that allows us to create and integrate email signup forms. What we will use for our escalation from a lead to a MQL, and from a MQL to a SQL. So what was confusing is that WP, Optin Monster and Hubspot are all connected.
This week, I had a very interesting training with Alex, that helped me understand how they were all interconnected. I also understood the importance of each software we are using (Hubspot is soooo powerful).
This is mainly what I’ve learned this week. But so many things that are clearer in my mind.
Hope you have enjoyed reading this blog post. I wanted to write, even if I haven’t finished my training week, just because I want to get used to writing.
Thanks for making it this far.
Peace out.
